Who is eligible for the Fuel VIP Program?

Everyone is eligible. Just visit the FBO office during operating hours to purchase a pre-paid fuel discount card.

Additionally, if you are interested in the Fuel VIP Program for a business or government fleet, please let our Staff know when you visit our FBO office.

Do You Have A Crew Car?

Yes, we do. Let us know if you will need to use our crew car while you are at Inverness Airport.

Do You Offer Concierge Services?

Yes, our Team will happily assist you with a request within reason.

When Will Storage Space Be Available In the Hangar?

We do not foresee any vacancies in the near future. We do encourage any one interested in renting space in our hangar to please fill out the Hangar Storage Waitlist Form. That way if a space does become available that matches your needs, we can contact you immediately.

How Can I Get A Discount on Tie Down Services?

If you fill up your aircraft during your “stay” with Right Rudder Aviation, one night of tie down service fees is waived.

What Paperwork Is Required To Rent An Aircraft?

Right Rudder Aviation requires that renters submit the following documents prior to the scheduled rental period:

    • Government Issued ID;
    • Correct Certificates / Endorsements (Either checked out within the last six months or have completed a reservation with RRA within the last six months);
    • Proof of renter’s insurance; and
    • Rental Agreement

In some cases, more documentation may be requested by Right Rudder Aviation prior to the rental period.

Can I Get A Copy Of The Rental Agreement?

Of Course. Contact us and we will send you one to review.

Do You Require A Deposit For A Rental?

Yes. A $100 deposit is due when you schedule your rental.

What Is The Cancellation Policy For Aircraft Rentals?

We ask that if you need to cancel your rental, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

Do You Rent Aircraft to International Pilots?

Yes. In addition to the required documents mentioned in the above section, you will also need to provide a copy of your passport for citizenship verification.

Do You Rent Aircraft to Other Flight Instructors?

Yes.

How Early Should I Show Up For My Rental?

We suggest that you should up at least thirty minutes prior to your scheduled rental time.

What Do I Need To Bring With Me When I Check-in?

Your Government issued ID, and any remaining documents that our Staff would like to approve in person.

Anything Else I Should Know About Renting An Aircraft?

Here are a few friendly reminders we like to tell our renters:

    • Don’t forget your headset!
    • Dress in light layers.
    • Bring a pair of sunglasses.

    • Light comfortable clothing that you can be layer;
    • Shoes that are fairly flat and malleable; and
    • Sunglasses – don’t forget your Sunglasses!

The following is a list of items you will need to bring to your first day of flight training:

  • Proof of citizenship (birth certificate or passport);
  • Current Medical certificate;
  • Copy of FAA license, if applicable;
  • Logbook (if you already have one);
  • Headset (if you already have one); and
  • Charger for your phone;
